Be it summer or winter, my skin always needs its drink of vitamin C to emanate that healthy glow. Vitamin C not only adds radiance to the skin but also helps fade pigmentation, which is much needed by someone like me with blemish prone skin. Over the past month, I have been using the Vaunt Vitamin C Water as a part of my PM skincare routine and here is what I think of the product!

The Packaging
Let me start with the packaging of the product. Not only do I love the minimalistic design on the label, I also appreciate the fact that the product comes in a sturdy glass bottle which is tinted, to protect the ingredients from light. Also, unlike the droppers from a number of Indie brands, the dropper of this product works really well and is incredibly satisfying to use. A brand that not only thinks about the ingredients of their products but also about their packaging is definitely worth an applause.
The Formula
Coming to the actual product itself, the Vaunt Vitamin C Water is a yellow water-based serum that literally feels like water on the skin but works miracles. Just a couple of drops of this product need to be used as a serum at night to achieve a healthy radiance. The water sinks into the skin within seconds and may not seem to make a difference from the first use, but within a couple of weeks, it manages to reduce pigmentation and dullness and gives a lit from within look to the face.
The product also claims to boost collagen and to thereby make the skin more supple by reducing any fine lines. I do think that the product lives up to this claim as well because I have noticed that my skin looks plumper ever since I have added this Vitamin C water to my skincare regimen. The product contains different sources of Vitamin C such as Amla, and the super hydrating ingredient – Hyaluronic Acid. Here is a list of all the ingredients, in case you want more information regarding the formula-
List of Ingredients
Water, Geranium Water, Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, Phyllanthus Emblica Extract (Amla), Glycyrrhiza GlabraRoot Extract (Licorice)*Xylitylglucoside and* Anhydroxylitoland and *Xylitol, Citric Acid, *Caprylhydroxamic Acid (and) *Caprylyl Glycol (and) *Glycerine, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Gluconate, *Hyaluronic Acid.

This product is priced at INR 750 for a 30ml bottle, which is quite reasonable and affordable compared to many of the Vitamin C serums out there. I would happily pay this price again and again for a product of such quality and with such lovely packaging. As an added bonus, Vaunt is a Vegan and Cruelty-free brand, which is something we should all support. I have tried two products from the brand till now and both have managed to impress me a lot, and I will definitely be stocking up on other products from this brand super soon.

My Verdict On The Vaunt Vitamin C Water
If you ask me, then you must include Vitamin C in your skincare routine if you are in your late twenties or older, and the Vaunt Vitamin C water is a great way for those unfamiliar with this ingredient to test it out on their skin. The product may make your skin tingle if you are new to active ingredients but as your skin gets used to Vitamin C, the tingling will stop. Also, make sure to use sunscreen during the day when you use this product because it can make your skin more sensitive to the sun. If you keep these simple tips in mind then a couple of drops of this product can work wonders for your face!
