Are you looking for vegan and cruelty-free makeup brands in India? Kiro beauty might be the perfect brand for you. This homegrown Indian makeup brand positions itself as a clean beauty brand that is vegan and paraben-free. Their current product range also seems to be targeted towards making makeup user-friendly and inclusive for Indian skin tones. So, is Kiro Beauty good and worth your money? Here are my thoughts!

Kiro Beauty Glow On Blush Duo – Cool Cinnamon & Fresh Grapefruit
My favourite product from Kiro Beauty so far has to be their Glow On Blush Duo. It contains 2 blush shades and comes in 4 variants. I have the Cool Cinnamon & Fresh Grapefruit Blush Duo. First of all, I love the sturdy packaging of this blush that also comes with a great mirror. Also, the outer red and blue botanical print on all Kiro Beauty products make them stand out. And thirdly, the concept of including two blush shades that you can mix and match is quite clever.
Fresh Grapefruit is a matte coral pink while Cool Cinnamon is a mauvish brown with microshimmer. The formula of this blush is buttery smooth and not powdery at all. It offers intense pigmentation and blends beautifully on the skin. I can see the shades working across Indian skin tones. If you are looking for the perfect coral flush for your cheeks, you must pick up this blush duo and use both the shades mixed together!
Price – INR 900 for one blush duo (9gm)

Kiro Beauty Non-Stop Airy Matte Liquid Lip – Nude Mocha
Kiro Beauty Non-Stop Airy Matte Liquid Lip in the shade Nude Mocha is my second favourite product from the brand. This liquid lipstick dries down to a completely matte finish but does not feel too drying on the lips. It has a velvety texture and comes infused with nourishing plant oils.
The lipstick is currently available in 26 shades. I only have the shade Nude Mocha which is a warm nude brown with very subtle hints of pink in certain lights. This shade should look great on fair to wheatish skin tones but might be a little light for very deep skin tones. However, the brand has other shades to cater to deeper skin tones as well.
If you are looking for a matte liquid lipstick that isn’t overly drying and lasts a long time (if you don’t eat oily meals), you can try this one. Again, the sturdy packaging with the red and blue lid is a winner for me.
Price – INR 875 for one lipstick (5ml)

Kiro Beauty Longwear Brightening Eye Shadow Sticks
If there is one product from Kiro Beauty that I am on the fence about, it is their Eyeshadow Sticks. I love the concept of a shimmery cream eyeshadow stick for a one-and-done eye look. Plus these are long-lasting and infused with Vitamin C and plant oils. However, you need to blend these quickly or else they will set and not budge at all.
So, the way to work with these is gently swipe and blend. If you don’t blend quickly enough or layer the product, your eyelids can look dry and patchy. That is why I have mixed emotions about these.
I have the shades Fiery Bronze and Peachy Gold and both are pretty despite my issues with the formula. If you can find a way to blend them to your liking, you can try these.
Price – INR 1050 for one stick (1.4 gms)

Kiro Beauty Hi-Def Soothing Eyeliner Pencil – Earth Brown
The last product in this Kiro makeup review is the Kiro Beauty Hi-Def Soothing Eyeliner Pencil. This twist-up eyeliner pencil has a creamy and smooth formula infused with Vitamin E and Argan Oil. It gives one-swipe pigmentation on the eyelids and lasts all day long. If you wish to use it on your waterline then you will need 2-3 swipes for pigmentation and it will last for 3-5 hours. However, the product is designed for the lids as mentioned on their website and works great that way.
This eyeliner pencil is currently available in 4 shades. I have the brown shade and it looks really natural when used as an eyeliner, making it perfect for daily looks.
Price – INR 900 for one pencil (1.5 gms)

Is Kiro Beauty Good? My Verdict!
In terms of packaging, ingredients and usability, Kiro Beauty gets a thumbs up from me. The products are suitable for Indian skin tones and are user-friendly for beginners as well. Also, the packaging is sturdy and unique and makes the user experience even better.
However, the prices of these products are a little high, possibly because of the high-quality ingredients.
So, if these fit into your budget and you are particular about the packaging and ingredient quality of your makeup, you can try these out.
Performance-wise, the blush gets 5/5, lipstick and eyeliner pencil get 4/5, and eyeshadow sticks get 3.5/5 from me. So, choose accordingly!
