The Peau Care Clair Peau Serum is a water-based, oil-free serum that claims to have anti-ageing and anti-acne properties. It contains a variety of humectants, such as Aloe, 10% Hyaluronic Acid, Glycerin, and Propylene Glycol. It also contains a mild concentration of AHA’s (1% Glycolic Acid & 0.5% Lactic Acid) and BHA’s (1% Salicylic Acid) that help with faster cell renewal and reduction in acne and hyperpigmentation. Additionally, the formula also contains Niacinamide and Vitamin B5, which are known to fight signs of premature ageing, such as wrinkles and pigmentation.
The texture of this serum is in the form of a runny gel. It feels slightly sticky on the skin for a few minutes post application, after which you will not feel it on your skin. The serum has a strong raspberry-vanilla scent that lingers on the skin for a few minutes. As always, a patch test is recommended before the first use to make sure that you are not allergic to any of the ingredients.

My Experience With The Peau Care Clair Peau Serum
I have been using the Peau Care Clair Peau Serum at night for quite some time now and it helps to soothe and heal my active acne faster. I use it under a moisturizer to maximize the efficacy of the humectants, and my skin feels soft and plump after every use. In the morning, I wake up to radiant skin that feels well-nourished. The serum also seems to tighten my pores, and there has been a visible reduction in my whiteheads and breakouts ever since I started using the product. I therefore feel that this serum will work really well for oily and acne-prone skin. Also, it is a great way to introduce chemical exfoliants in your skincare routine if you are a beginner, because the concentration of the same is quite low in the formula.
The fragrance of the serum could be a little strong for some, but other than that, I do not see any con with the product. If you have been in the market for an AHA and BHA-based serum then the Peau Care Clair Peau Serum is definitely worth the investment!
