It is extremely heartening to see so many Indian makeup and skincare brands bringing out a huge variety of products that were earlier available only from international brands. One such brand that I recently got to try out was Beyou Cosmetics. I received their pressed glitter eyeshadow and Intense eyeliner as freebies with a skincare order and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of both the products. It had me wondering why I had not heard of the brand earlier, which is why I wanted to share my review with all of you to spread the word! Here is why I loved both these products.

Beyou Cosmetics Pressed Glitter Eyeshadow
The Beyou Cosmetics Pressed Glitter Eyeshadow comes in a cute plastic jar with a screw on lid. I love the concept of pressed glitter shadows because they are so much less messy than loose glitters. The packaging of this shadow makes it very easy to use without creating a mess. I received the shade Flames, which is a gorgeous orangey copper shade. It will look amazing with a bunch of warm toned eye looks.

I am no expert at using glitter shadows, and don’t have an appropriate primer for the same as well. So I primed my lids with the Nykaa Instablur Color Corrector Stick in the shade Yellow and then used a powder shadow on my lid before applying the glitter on top. The glitter managed to stick pretty well to the lid and there was very little fallout during application. There was a little fallout throughout the day but I think that is a given with every glitter shadow. Overall, I really love the colour of this glitter eyeshadow and will definitely be playing with it this festive season to create some dramatic looks.

Beyou Cosmetics Eyeliner | Review
The Beyou Cosmetics Eyeliner is a felt tip liner that comes in a cute black and pink packaging. This liner promises intense pigmentation, and it delivers on the promise! The formula is quite liquidy but is very rich in pigmentation and dries quickly on the lids. The felt tip is super fine and allows you to create a precise fine wing, or you can go all out and create a bold look with multiple swipes. This is one of the best combinations of a smooth formula and fine tip that I have tried recently and I am loving it!

This eyeliner is water resistant but is not waterproof and comes off completely if rubbed when wet. The formula is also not completely matte, but is not super shiny either. I am not a fan of glossy liners and always prefer pure matte formulations. However, I can live with this one because it is not overly glossy. Also, one slight con is the lid which needs to be sort of clicked into place. I feel that if you push it too hard then it will make the product leak a bit. Other than that, I am not complaining about this affordable eyeliner that is priced at INR 500 but is currently available on the website at INR 250 only!
If you are in the market for an affordable but pigmented felt-tip liner, the Beyou Cosmetics Eyeliner is a great option!

My Verdict On Beyou Cosmetics
Overall, I am quite impressed by the quality of the products from Beyou Cosmetics, especially for the price. These will be perfect for beginners who wish to experiment with makeup on a budget. It is also great for the fans of affordable makeup in general. I will definitely be trying more products from the brand in the future because these two items have impressed me.
