If every face wash you have tried till now has felt too harsh on your skin then you have finally come to the right place! Today I am going to review the Vaunt Face Wash with Daisy Extract and Vit B, which is a boon for those with dry and sensitive skin. This gentle, SLS-free face wash has been a staple part of my skincare routine since the past few days and here is what I think of it.

The Formula
Vaunt Skincare is a vegan and cruelty-free brand that believes in simple and effective skincare formulations without harsh ingredients. The Vaunt Face Wash with Daisy Extracts and Vit B is no exception. This is a gentle non-foaming face wash which has a creamy consistency. It contains Coco Glucoside, which is a gentle surfactant derived from coconuts, as the key cleansing component. It does not conatain any sulphates, and is therefore non-drying and non-irritating. The formula is additionally enriched with orange extracts (Vit C) that helps to brighten the skin and daisy and calendula extracts to soothe and soften the skin. The formula is also enriched with Vitamin B which is an anti-oxidant with anti-inflammatory properties as well. The face wash also contains D-Panthenol and Allantoin to hydrate the skin.
The face wash does not have any artificial fragrance added to it. It contains sweet orange oil that imparts a mild citrus scent to the product.
All in all, the ingredients of this mild face wash have been carefully selected to gently cleanse the skin while brightening, soothing and softening it at the same time.

The Packaging
The Vaunt Face Wash comes in a cute bottle with a pump and a minimalistic label that has a cloud on it. This fluffy cloud clearly and correctly depicts the soft and gentle feel that the face wash leaves on the skin. There is one slight issue that I have with the packaging, which is that the material of the bottle is quite thin and gets squished if you press the bottle a little. I wish that the brand would consider a glass bottle for this face wash because that would make the product more sustainable and luxurious.

My Experience with the Vaunt Face Wash
I knew that the Vaunt Face Wash was supremely gentle even before I first started using it but it turned out to be even gentler than I had imagined. I have oily to combination skin at the moment, so this face wash works better for me as a morning cleanser. In the morning, I only have slight oiliness on my face which this cleanser removes effectively. It leaves my skin feeling extremely soft and supple too.
At night, I usually prefer a more thorough cleanse because my skin accumulates a lot of oil throughout the day, especially if I am wearing makeup. Therefore, I prefer to use a foaming face wash at night. I usually cleanse my face twice a day but if I have gone out in the middle of the day and feel like cleansing my face after I return then too I reach out for this product because it is gentle and does not strip my skin dry.
Who can use the Vaunt Face Wash
If you have dry skin then you can easily use the Vaunt Face Wash as both an AM and a PM cleanser. If you wear makeup then you will definitely need to use an oil based cleanser or micellar water for a first cleanse before going in with this product. Those with sensitive skin will also enjoy this product, and those with normal to oily skin can use this as an AM cleanser. This will also be a lovely face wash for the winter months when the air is dry and chilly and everybody’s skin becomes more dry and sensitive than usual.

Overall, the Vaunt Face Wash is a lovely cleanser for those with dry/sensitive skin and other skin types can enjoy it too. A 100 ml bottle is priced at INR 545, which is a nice mid-range price. You can get an additional 15% off on this face wash and all Vaunt products with my coupon code MRI15. This makes the face wash quite affordable. Hi Mrinalini, thanks for sharing! I haven’t heard of Vaunt before! I really haven’t heard of lots of skincare products available in India other than Vatika and Parachute so it’s great to learn about new ones!
