I have previously reviewed the Plum Grape Seed & Sea Buckthorn Nutri-Plenish Face Mist on the blog, and found it more suitable for dry skin. Today I am going to talk about its sister for oily skin – the Plum Green Tea Revitalizing Face Mist. Read on to find out what I think of this face mist which is specially formulated for oily, acne-prone skin.
The Plum Green Tea Revitalizing Face Mist comes in a plastic bottle with a white spray nozzle that provides an even mist of product. This face mist is enriched with aloe, green tea, goji berry, and ginger root. The aloe extracts provide a nice cooling sensation to the skin while the green tea extracts help to calm down and shrink any acne.
I personally find this mist extremely refreshing and use it after cleansing my face each morning. It provides gentle hydration to the skin and does help in calming down irritated skin too. The one con of this face mist, in my opinion, is that the green tea scent can be a little overpowering for those with a sensitive nose. While I had found the Grape Seed and Sea Buckthorn mist slightly heavy for my combination skin, the green tea mist is light-weight yet moisturising enough for my skin type. I personally like to use it on my bare skin, to get some relief from the sweltering heat, but you can also use it on top of your makeup as a setting spray.
Overall, if you are on the hunt for a soothing and refreshing face mist for acne prone skin then the Plum Green Tea Revitalizing Face Mist is the right pick for you. It is priced at INR 360 for a 100ml bottle, which is quite affordable in my opinion, and of course, the mist is vegan, cruelty-free and paraben-free. So all my oily-skinned gals, do pick up this wonderful face mist this summer, you can thank me later!
