It is an excellent moisturizer for those with dry, damaged, mature, or irritated skin. It is also great to pair with harsh or strong actives, such as Retinol and BHAs. In fact, this moisturizer can be paired with any active serum without any issues.
I will recommend those with dry to normal skin to use this moisturizer twice a day. Those with oily skin who are living in humid conditions can use this only at night, or use a very small quantity during the day as well, over a hydrating serum.
My Experience With The Vya Naturals Peptide Moisturizer
I do have oily skin but don’t mind a slightly rich moisturizer, specially when I am staying at home all day. This is why the Vya Naturals Peptide Moisturizer worked well for me in the night and day. As I have mentioned earlier, a little goes a long way with this product. So, I dot a small amount of the product all over my face and it keeps my skin plump and moisturized all day/night long. I also enjoyed layering it with Retinol at night as it can protect the skin from the drying effects of Vitamin A.
Also, this moisturizer helps in calming down some irritation on my neck that I get whenever I am stressed. The skin on my neck becomes dry and cracked overnight when this happens. Luckily, this product was able to repair it within 2 days!
Therefore my overall experience with this moisturizer has been pretty great!
