The Blessing Tree Hair, Skin & Nails Dietary Supplements | Multi-vitamins | Review

Posted on October 28, 2019October 14, 2019 by Mrinalini

I have been consuming dietary supplements, particularly multi-vitamins, on and off throughout my adult life to compensate for the deficiency of the same in my food. When I recently coloured my hair, I decided to start consuming hair vitamins on a daily basis to make up for some of the damage caused by the chemicals my hair has been subjected to. This time around, I picked up The Blessing Tree Hair, Skin & Nails Dietary Supplements and have been consuming them regularly for almost 2 months now. Read on to find out how this product has helped me in multiple ways.

What does each tablet contain?

The Blessing Tree Hair, Skin and Nails Dietary Supplements are capsules that contain a blend of Vitamins, including Biotin, which is known to help maintain the health of the hair and skin. It also contains 13 Amino Acids, Calcium, Zinc, Magnesium and a “Brain Health Blend” consisting of Choline and Inositol, along with Grape Seed Extracts. It is a vegetarian product. I will highly recommend you to consult your physician before starting to consume these tablets, especially if you are pregnant, lactating, or suffering from some medical condition. What I am sharing here is my personal experience with the product, but you should do your own research and consultation before deciding whether it is meant for you.

My Experience with the Supplement

As I mentioned before, I have been taking one tablet a day for almost 2 months now and I have noticed a visible reduction in my hairfall. As an added bonus, I have also noticed that my energy levels are higher and that my PMS is much better than before. I had been suffering from a lot of weakness, aches and pains, and mood swings during my PMS since a few months but now things are much better and quite bearable! Since I have made no other drastic change to my diet or lifestyle over the past few months, I can confidently claim that this product has helped out with the same.

Where to Buy the Product?

The Blessing Tree Hair, Skin & Nails Dietary Supplement comes in a pack of 60 tablets whose MRP is INR 1199, but is usually priced at INR 499 on Amazon, which is extremely affordable compared to other brands I looked at before zeroing in on this one. Of course, it is ideal if you can fufill all the nutritional needs of your body through the food that you eat, but if you feel that you need an extra boost of nutrition that your current diet is lacking then this product can help you out by combating the ill-effects of an unbalanced diet.
