Mcaffeine Neem Caffeine Glow Gel with Aloe Vera | Review

Posted on March 8, 2019 by Mrinalini

Summer has arrived earlier than usual this year and my skin has been craving some cooling hydration. Random bumps have also appeared on my face due to the changing weather and the products that worked for me in winter are not helping as much as they did in the colder weather. I have basically switched up my entire skincare regimen to cater to the warm weather and one product that I have been reaching out for a lot is the Mcaffeine Neem Caffeine Glow Gel with Aloe Vera. Read on to find out what I love about this product!

Mcaffeine Neem Caffeine Glow Gel with Aloe Vera | Review

The Macaffeine Neem Caffeine Glow Gel is a green gel that comes in a jar with a screw on lid and a tiny wooden spoon to scoop out the product without using your fingers. This gel has a sweet fragrance and contains the goodness of skin-loving ingredients such as caffeine, neem, aloe vera, Vitamin E and Vitamin C. Upon application, the gel provides a cooling sensation to the skin which is perfect for summer, especially if you have irritated skin with active acne. The gel sinks into the skin pretty quickly and provides instant hydration and suppleness. You can use a tiny bit of the gel as a moisturiser or can apply a thick layer as a cooling face mask which you can wash off after 10-15 minutes. You can also apply this gel to just your acne as a spot treatment.

This gel provides hydration without feeling oily or looking shiny on the skin. It is suitable for those with normal to oily skin and can be a tiny bit too mattifying for those with dry skin. I usually use it at nighttime when my skin looks angry or irritated. The gel soothes my skin and reduces the size of my acne overnight, leaving my skin looking brighter and healthier in my morning.

Overall, this product takes the humble aloe gel to the next level with healing ingredients like neem and brightening ingredients like coffee. If plain old aloe gel is just not cutting it for you then you can try out the Mcaffeine Neem Caffeine Glow Gel to hydrate, soothe and brighten your skin at the same time. The price point of INR 449 for a 50ml jar is justified in my opinion and I highly recommend this product to those with normal to oily skin!
