On a more serious note, I started this blog back in 2017 because I felt that my experiences with a variety of skincare and makeup products can be useful for those with my skin type, which is brown, acne-prone, oily, and textured. Finding the right products for this skin type can be a task, and I hope that my reviews make it easier for you.
What sets my blog apart from the rest is that every item I review, and every list of top products that I share has been personally tried and tested by me. You may find several such lists of “top face washes” or “best moisturizers” floating around the internet, but most are just a compilation of Google searches that are not backed by personal testing. On this page, every blog post is a story of my personal journey with a product, barring a few guest posts by fellow beauty enthusiasts.
