When it comes to perfumed products, The Body Shop is the leader of the game. Their body mists are the only products I use to keep smelling great all day long. As the weather is getting warmer, a soft, summery scent is the need of the hour and if you haven’t found your perfect fragrance yet then do try The Body Shop Fijian Water Lotus Fragrance Mist.
This one is a mild aqua scent with floral undertones. It reminds me of the scent emanating from a pool of water lilies. In my opinion, this body mist combines the freshness of a splash of water with the sweetness of summer blossoms, for a faint scent that offers respite from the sweltering heat. Bear in mind that this is a body mist, therefore, do not expect the longevity or strength of a perfume. You may need to refresh this scent throughout the day or can layer it with other products from the range. On its own, I am still able to smell the faint notes after 4 hours but they are not enough to fill the room with fragrance as soon as you walk in.
Also, can we spare a moment to appreciate the fascinating packaging of this product, I would purchase it just to decorate my dressing table. The Body Shop has recently been revamping the packaging of all their products and the new packaging is sleeker and has accents of black that impart it a high-end appeal. The intricate black design of this bottle looks so alluring, just like the perfume it holds. A 100 ml bottle is priced at INR 1095, which is quite pricey, but once you smell the fragrance, you will fall in love with it. This gem is definitely going to be my scent for Summer 2017.
